The floating visitor centre at Brockholes Nature Reserve close to Preston was a winning competition entry from a design team led by Adam Khan Architects where Richard was the cost consultant. A series of buildings sit on a 2500m2 floating concrete pontoon in one of the reserve’s lakes allowing visitors to get up close to the wildlife.
